Job Description
The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid work flexibility from our London office at Kings Cross. This role is an extension of our People & Culture team based in Australia, supporting Beamtree’s continued growth in the UK, Canada and Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will facilitate the recruitment of new employees to Beamtree through a robust and considered process, while developing internal and external talent pool and pipeline. This role will also support broader people & culture initiatives and projects as the function representative in the Northern hemisphere.
The Role in Practice
Some of the key responsibilities for this role will be
Collaborate with Head of People & Culture to develop and implement recruitment strategy to assist our growth ambitions; ensuring a positive candidate experience and a consistent companywide process.
Utilise existing network and foster opportunities to grow network of industry contacts for talent pipeline/talent pool development.
Provide input and coordinate employee value proposition development, including employee benefit structures in new and growing locations - promoting high performance and encouraging employee retention.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives through recruitment, onboarding and internal activities.
Collaborate as P&C team to review, update and maintain a strong onboarding process and other people processes.
Integrate the values into recruitment and onboarding processes; always leading by example.
Provide insights and facilitation for global employee engagement, connection and wellbeing initiatives.
Collaborate with P&C team and Marketing team to promote Beamtree employer brand through recruitment initiatives and via marketing channels.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this Role, you will have
Experience in similar talent acquisition role.
Experience and network within recruitment of health and/or technology within UK, Europe and/or Middle East highly valued.
Strong computer literacy including experience using ATS.
A global mindset and experience working with geographically dispersed teams in a high-growth company
A clear communicator, confident liaising with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
A true people-person with strong emotional intelligence.
A self-motivated team player who is ambitious and results driven with a strong work ethic, able to work autonomously.
Exceptional at relationship building with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to have fun, inspire, and motivate others.
